Register your elevator warranty

Cibes Symmetry elevator products are covered by an industry leading limited warranty. The elevator warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser only. Your warranty card must be returned within 30 days from the date of original purchase in order for the warranty to go into effect. A Cibes Symmetry product is required to be maintained and inspected a minimum of two (2) times per year by an authorized Cibes Symmetry dealer.
