Shaft enclosure options
Our platform lifts are always delivered with a ready-made shaft enclosure in standard steel panels or optional glazed panels. That means that you do need to construct a shaftway to install your Cibes platform lift, unless you want to. Our ready-made shaft enclosure is all that you need. Glazed shaft enclosure
A glazed shaft enclosure looks airy and elegant and makes the most of your natural light. Our glazed shaft enclosure is available with glazing on all 4 sides of the elevator.
Lift installed in a hoistway
This is a great choice if you are looking for a discreet lift solution. Our ready-made steel shaft also has the practical benefit of hiding any unfinished walls inside the hoistway*.
Steel shaft enclosure
The sleek steel panels of our standard shaft have a clean and contemporary look. Steel panels are also customizable to fit under any kind of ceiling, even sloped ceilings.
*The hoistway is supplied and built by others and not included in the contract with your Cibes Symmetry dealer. If you already have an existing hoistway, our platform lifts come in a wide range of sizes that will fit into most shaftways. Please contact your Cibes Symmetry dealer for more information.
Customized colors
In addition to our standard colors, standard white (close to RAL 9016, GU 30) and standard black (close to RAL 9011, GU 30), we can powder coat your lift in 250+ optional RAL and premium colors. Get inspired by the examples from our color collection!

Door options
Because we know that the lift doors make a big visual impact, we offer you a range of elegant door models and gates with panoramic glazing. While our full-height doors are available for all floors, gates are only available for the top floor.
A20 steel door
Our steel door A20 is powder coated in standard white or standard black as standard but is also available in our optional colors.
A25 steel gate
The steel gate A25 is powder coated in standard white or standard black as standard but is also available in our optional colors.
AL5 aluminum door
Our aluminum door AL5 is delivered in a natural, unpainted aluminum finish as standard but is also available in our optional colors.
AL6 aluminum door
The aluminum door AL5 is delivered in a natural, unpainted aluminum finish as standard but is also available in our optional colors.

Floor options
The flooring of your lift is an important design element. We offer you the choice between 9 high-quality non-slip vinyl floorings, sturdy aluminum flooring and 2 customized options:
- Your lift is delivered all ready to go, fitted with vinyl flooring or aluminum chequer plate.
- Order the lift without flooring and customize it with your own vinyl floor or carpet.
- Order the lift with a platform adapted for customized laminate or tiles.
Customized flooring is supplied and fitted by others and therefore not included in the contract with your Cibes Symmetry dealer. For customized laminate/tiles, the lift requires a 2 ¾ “ pit.

Cohesive floor design
One of the advantages of customizing your own lift flooring is that you can make the color and material harmonize with your surrounding floors. This is great way to make the elevator tie in with your interior design.

Concealed door openers
Our concealed automatic door openers are completely hidden within the door frame. Door opening and closing speed are customizable to suit your preferences.
LED-lit shaft ceiling
The LED light diodes of the shaft ceiling are durable and energy-efficient. When combined with the automatic shaft light option, the lighting is programmable.
Touchscreen call buttons
Our high-quality touchscreen call buttons are easy to use and have a sleek and contemporary design. This call button also includes an integrated level indicator.
Level indicators
The level indicators display the direction of travel and the floor at lift arrival. Level indicators are available both for the landing doors and for the passenger platform.
Folding seat
Our folding seat is made of natural beech and steel and can take 330 lbs. The seat is easy to fold down and automatically folds back up when you no longer need it.
Wireless elbow button
This is a remote call button, placed a few feet from the lift so that you can wait for the lift without backing away when the lift arrives and the automated door opens.
Lock systems
To enable you to control the use of your lift, we offer a wide range of lock systems, such as code locks, key locks, and key tag locks with various programming options.
Access ramp
The lift pit of Cibes platform lifts is just shy of 2”, but it is also possible to install your platform lift directly on the floor, in which case an access ramp is provided.
