For this downtown Austin project, our partner Home Elevator of Texas installed a Symmetry LULA elevator inside a popular vegan restaurant, creating a solution that supports accessibility while complementing the interior design of the space.
The finished installation features a black textured elevator enclosure paired with glass doors and warm brass accents, creating a modern look that aligns naturally with the restaurant’s aesthetic.
Architectural Details
Several custom elements were incorporated to ensure the elevator complemented the restaurant’s interior.

Integrated Within the Staircase
One of the most unique aspects of this installation is its placement.
The Symmetry LULA elevator is positioned within the central staircase, allowing guests to move between levels without interrupting the overall layout of the restaurant.
The elevator serves two stops, with entry and exit from the same side for intuitive navigation.
This thoughtful placement allows accessibility to exist seamlessly within the architecture of the space.
