A Design-Integrated Symmetry Asterix Elevator in Miami
Planned as part of the home’s original construction, this two-stop Symmetry Asterix elevator was integrated beside the main staircase of a new Miami residence. Featuring recessed ceiling lighting and coordinated Asterix interior fixtures, the elevator supports convenient movement between levels while complementing the architectural layout of the home.
Designed Into the Home From the Start
Including an elevator during the early stages of construction allows it to become part of the home’s architecture rather than an addition made later.
For this new-build residence in Miami, the Symmetry Asterix elevator was planned alongside the staircase to create a natural vertical circulation path between floors. Positioning the elevator beside the stairs helps maintain a balanced layout while supporting convenient everyday movement throughout the home.
Because the elevator was incorporated during the design phase, it integrates cleanly within the hoistway and aligns with the overall planning of the interior space.
