One of the main reasons is that the all-inclusive, ready-made lift concept is incredibly space-efficient and easy to install, requiring only minimal building alterations. In fact, it is possible to install a 2-stop Cibes A5000 lift in as little as 2-3 days.

Wheelchair accessible elevator
The standard sizes of the Cibes A5000 platform lift are big enough to accommodate wheelchairs, walkers and strollers.
Lift interior
The Cibes A5000 operates with hold-to-run operation inside the elevator. You just maintain pressure on the floor button to travel and release it to stop.
This elevator model has a rated load of 880 lbs and can take 4-5 passengers. Because it is a platform elevator, regulations require it to travel at a reduced speed of max 30 FPM.
However, reduced speed also comes with advantages. Whereas high-speed elevators need big and bulky shaft structures to absorb the speed-generated forces, the Cibes A5000 only needs our space-saving, ready-made shaft.

The standard equipment of the Cibes A4000 includes features such as:
- Ready-made elevator shaft in steel panels (glazing is optional)
- Panoramic steel doors with tempered and laminated safety glass and concealed door closers
- Emergency telephone, emergency stop and alarm button
- Large and user-friendly platform controls
- Safety edges on all sides of the platform
- Soft stop and start for smooth lift operation
- Battery emergency lowering system

Easy to install
Installing the Cibes A5000 platform lift is a lot easier than you might think. Because the vertical elevator is delivered in ready-made elements, it can be assembled within 2-3 days. In addition, the drive unit and machinery are so compact that they fit inside the shaft. That means that there is no need for a separate machine room, top machinery or a deep pit, which reduces your building costs.

Wheelchair-friendly elevator
The standard sizes of the Cibes A5000 platform elevator, 39.37″ × 57.76″ or 43.31″ × 57.76″ are big enough for passengers using wheelchairs, walkers and strollers. The largest platform size, 39.37″ × 77.56″, is even large enough for most mobility scooters.
We also offer a great selection of different accessibility options, such as concealed automatic door openers, extra large call buttons, lap-held IR controls and more.
